We take returns in all cases. Depending on your requirement, PURVA VASTRA shall issue refunds or provide exchanges.

Process

You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Commercials

A. Free Returns

If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges, i.e., we provide refunds for the product and also refund the return shipment cost.

B. Customer Return

If the customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in the right condition, we still provide refunds for the product, but there is a nominal flat return shipment charge that has to be borne by the customer.

Return Condition

When placing returns, make sure:

The items should be in good condition as originally received.

The tags and any other documents with the product should be kept as they are.

The courier cover should be properly closed.
